Hi all

A couple of interesting links about Spam and viruses I read today

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the first PC virus.
We look back at the highs and lows (well, mostly lows) of the ongoing struggle against malware..

This link has details about viruses over the last 20 years, which were the worst and even some details about what to do if you get one

AND

THE STATE OF SPAM
Unsolicited bulk email, otherwise known as spam, accounted for about 80 percent of all the email traffic on the Internet during the first three months of 2006.

Some interesting statistics about how much spam is really out there

Just as a topic for conversation would everyone like to answer the following questions and I will compile the answers:

I have recently come across a nifty site that allows you to set up quizzes and questionnaires so I thought that when we have some information like this it might be interesting to see what we all are doing
Would you be interested in doing something like this?
E.G. if I did a quiz asking:
What email program do you use - Outlook, Outlook Express, etc
What Spam protection do you use
Have you ever had a virus

Might be interesting to see what the others in our group use

What do you think
let me know
Cheers :)
