Hi all

Following on from my earlier email today I have found this really cool site where you can make free survey forms
So I have put one up for us to try out

I made up all the questions so if they don't make sense you can blame me
The site only collects your answers - not your name etc so it is all anonymous
Unless you write in your name by mistake!
There is no 'sensitive' questions so no need to worry
I will share all the answers in a couple of weeks once everybody has had a chance to answer

This is really easy to do so if you would like to have future surveys on other topics just let me know
